Get Involved: Stewardship - Welcome Estuary Stewards!
Stewardship – the careful and responsible management of something entrusted to one’s care
All individuals who live, work, or play in the Harbor’s watershed are entrusted with the stewardship of the estuary. Stewards are citizens, government agencies, non-profit organizations, businesses, research institutions, and scientists who take action to protect and restore the ecosystem, raise awareness of conservation issues, and work together to guarantee a healthy environment for future generations.
